Tom discovered his passion for real estate working the construction trades on Nantucket Island over college summer breaks. It was the tangible nature of creating something of value from nothing that resonated within…structure you could reach out and touch. Over 35 years later and an entire professional career immersed in real estate services related endeavors, Tom has never looked back.

An extrovert by nature, Tom has parlayed his love of people into a winning business formula. His client relationships breed trust and prosper because he embraces mutual respect, open communication, transparency, and collaboration. Tom is a pure client advocate and while recognizing the need to address the good, the bad, and the ugly as part of any transaction, never loses sight of his customers interests and goals.
Luke's interest in real estate was forged while attending Loyola University Maryland. A graduate of the Sellinger School of Business in 2017, he quickly immersed himself in the industry and earned his salesperson's license in early 2018. An entrepreneur at heart, Luke believes in building a business…not just selling real estate.
Fostering his growth is serving as partner of The Preston Team at Keller Williams, offering an ambitious environment for him to thrive in. He lends strategic and analytical support for a range of deal types to include flips, redevelopment, and income property acquisition and repositioning. Luke’s skill set incorporates a strong comprehension of the financial measures that drive asset value.
Luke’s favorite part about being in the industry is uncovering hidden opportunities. His partner and Father Tom are off market specialists…creating win-wins for buyers and sellers on properties you won’t find readily available by searching for Public Listings. Nothing has been more satisfying than being able to drive past a “once diamond in the rough” property that his clients have brought back to life by making it their own.
As a Real Estate Specialist Kenna has a total of 14 years of experience spanning across Sales, Marketing, Database Management and Administrative Support. Her skillset as our Client Coordinator ensures a seamless and stress-free experience.
